Marissa led the project management and strategy for a comprehensive rebrand campaign aimed at refreshing the Territory Foods brand's visuals and voice, with the goal of increasing brand awareness and driving messaging focus. The results of the rebrand were highly promising:

Overall brand awareness increased by 44% in the nine months following the rebrand launch.

Customer willingness to try Territory Foods grew by approximately 40% during the same period.

The average email open rate in the quarter following the rebrand launch reached an impressive 44.5%, marking a 33% increase from the previous quarter and surpassing the industry average by 123% (20.16% - source).

The rebrand and corresponding launch campaign successfully achieved its goals and demonstrated a significant impact on the business. From the initial project briefing to bringing the rebrand to life across channels and reporting on the results, Marissa played an instrumental role in this pivotal project. This rebrand campaign revitalized the brand, attracted new customers, and re-engaged lapsed customers.

For Territory Foods’ partnership with megainflunecer Hannah Bronfman to launch a co-branded line of meals targeted to new parents, Marissa owned the relationship management, shoot production, and project management to bring the collaboration product and content to life across channels.

To enhance brand awareness, Marissa spearheaded many innovative projects at Territory Foods, including collaborating with renowned celebrity chefs to create exclusive meals and menus. By leveraging their exceptional reputations, expansive followings, and impressive credentials, Marissa aimed to achieve Territory's business growth objectives while reinforcing the brand's image as a purveyor of high-quality, chef-crafted cuisine. These strategic partnerships also aimed to differentiate Territory within the market category, elevating the healthy brand's perception of culinary excellence.

With these partnerships, Marissa owned the campaign briefs, chef relationship management, shoot coordination, creative asset production, and project management to launch these new meals and the corresponding campaigns to support across the partner’s channels and Territory’s owned, earned, and paid channels.
